I work with founders, business leaders and teams who want to do something useful with AI. Sometimes that starts with an idea. More often, it starts with work that could be better.
Where I can help
Find the right starting point
Look at the work as it happens. Identify the worthwhile opportunities, and decide what to improve, automate or leave alone. A practical direction before a technology shopping list.
Build something useful
Take an idea through product decisions, a working prototype and, where it makes sense, a complete application. Or work alongside an existing team on the product and technical decisions that need another pair of hands.
Help the team make it theirs
Work with people on their own tasks, test what helps, and stay close enough to see what sticks. Training, workflow changes and feedback, not just a launch presentation.
How we might work together
A focused project, ongoing advice, or a hands-on role alongside your team. The shape depends on what needs doing. We can work that out together.
I’m also open to the right longer-term role.
